| Features |
The design of the garment prevents pressure on the popliteus muscle both in knee flexion and extension. Two extra bands are used for a more efficient compression control and splint stability.
It is a very open support, easy to use and put on, fully adjustable and very comfortable to wear.
In order to addapt the spints properly, it is required to follow the instructions on the lable located on one of the hinges. The garment is ambidextrous (please see instructions below)

| Right knee |
For a right knee the lable must show the arrow up and the words right and outer. The lable must be placed in this position on the outer side of the right knee.
For a left knee the lable will be placed on the outer side of the left knee with the arrow up showing the words left and upper.
There is obviously a reason for that. The splints adapt to the shape of the knee. (As shown on frontal view photo)

Recommendations
Once the garment is placed in its right position, the kneecap hole must be centered around the kneecap. The lower part of the garment should be fastened first using the non-elastic band as shown on the photos (do no over-tighten the bands, especially the upper one)
